Worth another look
These come back sooner than the rest. Getting one right pushes it further away; getting it wrong brings it back within minutes.

Learning
The quiz adapts: countries you miss come back within minutes, ones you have proved you know are asked about far less, and the difficulty opens up as you improve. All of it lives in a cookie in this browser and a row keyed to it — there is no account, and nothing about you is stored beyond a random id this browser was handed.
With adapting off, questions come at random from the whole world and nothing you answer is written down.
Your data
Your progress sits in two places. On the server: which questions you have been asked and how you did, keyed to a random id in a cookie. In this browser: the points, streaks and best runs on the dashboards. Neither is an account, and neither follows you to another device unless you move it yourself.
